Refund Policy:

Daily Direction Consulting is committed to providing high-quality consulting services. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are generally final and refunds are not guaranteed once services have been delivered. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, we request at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

In certain circumstances, refunds or partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion, particularly if services have not yet been provided. If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us so we can address your concerns and determine an appropriate resolution. Any approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
